WATCH: Floodwaters Pour Into Manhattan

The AP just posted the first video of flooding in Manhattan. This area has been evacuated and is occupied only by city workers and police.

So far, however, New York City is faring "better than we anticipated" according to the city's Office of Emergency Management.
